Preschool
If your child will be at least three by September 1st of the upcoming school year and is able to use the bathroom without assistance, he/she is eligible for our preschool programs.
GROUP TOUR : FRIDAY, MAY 10 ,2024 10:00 am. Meet at the KKCP doors for a group tour of our school and information on registering now for fall classes. Register by May 17 to be eligible for our Summersalts program as well! Can’t make that date? Tours are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Registration is completed online. Our CARDINALS class has a wait list for the fall. Please consider the afternoon SPARROWS, which is the same class.
A typical day at Kingdom Kids Christian Preschool:
Here at Kingdom Kids, children are not confined to a single classroom. Each day, your child will experience one of five bright, spacious classrooms, outdoor space and the “Big Room.” Here’s a snapshot of a typical day at Kingdom Kids:
Interactive play

Play is how preschoolers learn best. Time is built into each school day for exploratory and free play, so that the children are practicing decision-making and social skills.
Class time

Each teacher assigns classroom helper jobs to the students. In this way the children gain a sense of importance in doing their part to run the day. Jobs teach responsibility, specific skills, and the value of teamwork.
Circle time

Circle time includes reading books and the daily lesson. Children are introduced to a new theme each month to develop new concepts and skills while expanding vocabulary.
Learning centers

Our teachers use games, activities, crafts and the highly acclaimed “Handwriting Without Tears” curriculum to help children with reading, writing and math readiness skills.
Snack

Social skills and table manners are learned during snack time. Healthy eating and drinking water is also encouraged. Kingdom Kids is a nut-free environment.
Gym time

Active play is designed to develop gross-motor skills. The Big Room is a great place for riding bikes, building with large blocks, climbing, jumping and playing games. Weather permitting, classes enjoy our roof space equipped with a playhouse and climbing structure. Chalk drawing, bubbles, and trying to find our houses from the roof are all fun from this unique space!
“Kids Praise” Music Time
All classes come together weekly for music time. Children learn classic kid songs, as well as praise and worship songs. Fun motions and movements are also incorporated.
Lunch Bunch
Children can join us for Lunch Bunch, available from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday and Friday.
Tour Our Facilities!
Kingdom Kids Christian Preschool is a distinctly Christian preschool serving children from three to five years of age. Our facility provides great amenities for our students and staff. Tours are typically scheduled during our school days , Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, or 1:00 pm.
